  • Ectomorph are lean muscles with a fast metabolism and skinny and lean Skeleton with lighter bones and, fat percent below 10 percent and if weight heavy injury can happen, ectomorph need more rest to recover their muscles and increase strength.
  • Mesomorph is good for bodybuilding easy to gain and easy to weight loss with proper diet and nutrition. Their body type is a broad body and has more muscles and heavy bones and best for bodybuilding.
  • Endomorph is fatty people with more muscled and body fat with heavy bones and fat percent is above 35. Percent. Their metabolism is slow and if they eat to the muscle they gain quickly and endomorph needs to maintain their diet for a lifetime and because their genetics tends to gain weight only.
