Three types of body type which one are you Ectomorph Mesomorph Endomorph

There are three types of body types know your body type before start muscle building program and fat loss and weight loss program.
  • Ectomorph
  • Mesomorph
  • Endomorph

  • Ectomorph are lean muscles with fast metabolism and skinny and lean Skeleton with lighter bones and, fat percent below 10 percent and if weight heavy injury can be happen, ectomorph need more rest to recover there muscles and increase the strength.
  • Mesomorph are good for bodybuilding easy to gain and easy to weight loss with proper diet and nutrition. There body type is broad body and have more muscles and heavy bones and best for bodybuilding.
  • Endomorph are fatty people with more muscled and body fat with heavy bones and fat percent is above 35. Percent. There metabolism is slow and if they eat too muscle they gain quickly and endomorph need to maintain their diet for lifetime and because there genetics are tend to gain weight only.
